Requirements for baptism at SJL
-at least one parent or legal guardian needs to be a registered Catholic at the Parish.
--a baptism prep class is required for all families, unless already completed with another child.
--to schedule the class and baptism please contact the parish office at 816-229-3378.  An intake form will need to be completed prior to scheduling either, and godparent forms are required prior to the date of baptism.  Both will be provided when you contact the parish office.
--in the case of a medical emergency requiring baptism, contact the Parish Office to make arrangements.
