Our purpose is to offer a safe place to gather in discussions on mental health and wellness, to share our stories and struggles, to give and receive comfort and encouragement, and to experience the love of God and our parish family.
Our hope is to integrate our faith in supporting those in our community impacted by mental health. It is our desire to promote companionship and accompaniment in finding supportive resources.

Mental health has many ups and down.
Some days can be so hard and steep that we don’t know if we’ll be able to climb them… tho’ we don’t have to do it alone. Good days lead us closer to reaching our goals.
The shield symbolizes the courage of those with mental illness as well as their family and friends. It also depicts the need to fight the stigma of mental illness.
Foundationally, the cross represents our
core faith and a beacon of hope.
The cross is blue as we thirst and
reach for that which sustains us in our faith
