To celebrate the Feast of St. Francis of Assisi, the, St. John LaLande annual Pet Blessing will be held in
the back parking lot (by the playground). Parents and parishioners are asked to park in the front of the
school and walk the family pets to the back parking lot for the blessing. All pets must be on a leash or
contained in a cage to ensure the safety of all. All pets are welcome!
The Eucharistic Celebration of the Mass is the center of the life of the parish. First Saturday Mass is celebrated at 8:30 AM and confessions are offered prior to Mass. Weekend Masses are offered at 4:30 PM on Saturday and 8:00 AM and 10:30 AM on Sundays and Daily Mass is offered on Monday-Friday.
Join us for complimentary sweet treats, snacks, and drinks. Fr. McCaffery will be there to offer
information about our Renewing God’s House Campaign. This is a great opportunity to ask
questions, understand the mission and get to know other parishioners.
Hope to see you there!
This is a 21+ event. If you need babysitting, you must RSVP by 10/03/24 to Leslie at 816-668-6128.
